The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion -- Game of Like earlier games in The Elder Scrolls line, Oblivion is designed to present a living fantasy world that gamers experience on their own terms. The game is populated with over 1,000 NPCs, each leading a full life, following regular schedules according to their individual wants, needs, and positions. Players are encouraged to interact in the world as they choose, as noble heroes, greedy villains, or anything in between. The game's main story is designed to conform to characters of any moral bent, and plenty of side-missions provide extra adventuring for all.

The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion -- Game of the Year Edition includes the original version of The Elder Scrolls IV as well as the Shivering Isles, which was previously unavailable on the PS3.
Guitar Hero: Aerosmith (Sony PlayStation One of Activision's most successful franchises joins forces with one of rock's most enduring bands in Guitar Hero: Aerosmith. The series, known for making gamers feel like rock stars, first put real rock stars into games with the inclusion of guitar gods Slash and Tom Morello as boss characters in Guitar Hero III: Legends of Rock, but Guitar Hero: Aerosmith lets players follow the legendary Boston-based quintet's ascension from the tiny Nipmuc High School auditorium to center stage at the Super Bowl XXXV halftime show.

More of a healthy, Aerosmith-themed expansion of Guitar Hero III than a completely new entry in the series, Guitar Hero: Aerosmith nevertheless offers more than 40 new rock songs to which gamers can shred. The track list is heavy with Aerosmith classics like "Dream On," "Sweet Emotion," and "Rag Doll," but the game also features songs from groups that have influenced or toured with the band, including Mott the Hoople, New York Dolls, and The Black Crowes.

Gamers can begin as familiar characters from Guitar Hero III like Axel Steel and Midori, but eventually they'll be able to jam as guitarists Joe Perry and Tom Hamilton. New outfits become available as players progress through the six venues, and for the first time in the series, all five members of the group will be on stage at once. Lead singer Steven Tyler spent a month shooting motion capture video, while Perry, Hamilton, and Brad Whitford shred on dozens of real guitars from their personal collection, all of which can be unlocked.

Though Guitar Hero: Aerosmith features standard issue rhythm-based gameplay, the single-player difficulty level has attenuated, and gamers are only confronted by one boss battle. Co-op career mode has been removed, but gamers can still go head-to-head or unlock songs cooperatively in the regular career mode. The online modes from Guitar Hero III remain the same, but downloadable songs are not supported.
Dead Island -- Game of the Year Edition (Microsoft A tropical island resort becomes a place of nightmares after a mysterious epidemic turns the majority of inhabitants into bloodthirsty zombies. As one of four playable characters, your goal is to complete missions necessary for your survival, which means battling throngs of the undead with a variety of customizable weapons and finding a way off the fictitious island of Banoi.

Dead Island features an open-world environment in a campaign that supports up to four players for drop-in, drop-out cooperative action. The two male and two female characters have different strengths and weaknesses, which can be offset to a degree by leveling up. Experience points earned in combat can be used to improve a character's attributes and fighting skills.

When firearms and ammo are in limited supply, you'll be able to engage enemies in hand-to-hand combat with axes, machetes, knives, clubs, and similar edged or bludgeoning weapons that will degrade over time. Explore the island's urban areas, forests, mountain highlands, caves, beaches, and other locales from a first-person perspective, or utilize an over-the-shoulder view for melee combat.

The "Game of the Year Edition" for Xbox 360 includes new blueprints and weapons, the original Dead Island, and its two main DLC releases: the multiplayer "Bloodbath Arena" and the single-player "Ryder White" campaign.
LEGO Batman: The Videogame (Microsoft Xbox The Dynamic Duo hits the bricks in LEGO Batman: The Videogame. In the game's main campaign, players take control of Batman and Robin for familiar bust-and-build action and puzzle-solving adventure through more than a dozen levels of Gotham City -- re-created completely from Lego brand toy building blocks, of course. There are plenty of thugs, goons, and even supervillians ready for a brawl along the way, and Bat-gadgets, vehicles, and a special-purpose "tech suits" allow the Caped Crusaders to make their way through various precarious situations.

Once the good guys have won the day, another full campaign has players taking the roles of the bad guys, including favorites such as the Joker, Catwoman, Mister Freeze, the Penguin, Poison Ivy, the Riddler, Scarecrow, Two-Face, and others. Different characters have different abilities, and it sometimes takes teamwork to overcome an obstacle and progress to the next area. As in the earlier Lego games, collection quests and other side activities may allow players to create even quirkier mixes and matches.

LEGO Batman is the first co-production of Warner Bros. Interactive and its 2007 acquisition, TT Games, which includes developer Traveller's Tales. The game features the humor, action, and family-friendly presentation found in the developer's popular LEGO Star Wars games, while incorporating characters and content from nearly 70 years of Batman comics, cartoons, television shows, movies, and music available under the publisher's license.
Game Party Champions (Nintendo Wii U, 2012) The fifth game in the Game Party series, Game Party Champions takes advantage of the Wii U GamePad's abilities allowing players to interact with each game using both motion and touch screen controls. Eight games are included, such as hoop shoot, ping pong, table hockey, skill ball, and miniature golf. Story mode has players competing against the computer in each event culminating in a final showdown at World Championship Stadium. In the game's party mode one user can play each game with the Wii U GamePad while friends use Wii Remotes to try and distract them.
LEGO Batman: The Videogame (Nintendo DS, LEGO comes to life in the Nintendo DS version of "LEGO Batman: The Videogame." The bad guys have broken out of Arkham Asylum, and it is up to the Caped Crusaders to restore order to Gotham. Players have two options: either fight for justice as Batman and Robin or create chaos as The Joker, Catwoman, or any of the other available villains. The Dynamic Duo have their choice of bat-related gadgets, vehicles, and even a magnet suit to help them along the way. Fighting can take place on land, in the air, or at sea. Each character offers something different, and it often takes teamwork to overcome an obstacle in order to progress to the next area.
Bachelor: The Videogame (Nintendo DS, 2010) The Bachelor: The Videogame is an interactive home version of the reality TV dating game show. Following the television format, the game is hosted by a virtual Chris Harrison, and features contestants from the real-life ABC network series. In the role of a single young woman seeking a husband, players interact with the game's featured bachelor, both on "group dates" and in one-on-one situations. Players take personality tests to generate a dating profile and gauge their compatibility with the bachelor. They can choose to sabotage the efforts of other contestants in order to get ahead in the competition. The goal is to receive a rose at the end of each chapter, so to be allowed to continue to the final episodes' hometown and family visits, and ultimately to be the one contestant the bachelor chooses for a long-term relationship at the end of the season. The game also features a gender-reversed version that follows the format of The Bachelorette spin-off series, with multiple male contestants vying to be the final choice of a desirable, single young woman.
